Breakdown of the Project
A local high-end design associates approached us with a project to add a bespoke catering conversion using a 20ft high cube shipping container. Our conversions team met with the team to discuss the requirements and after we received the final CAD drawings the fabrication work began. With critical dimensions the work required multiple checks from our team to make sure all dimensions matched. With specific requirements for the finish of the container we install the galvanised steel roller shutter with the shroud mounted internal.
The container conversion was quickly moved from our fabrication workshop and ready for the internal fit out. We met the client onsite before we fitted the timber frame, after the sign off we install the timber frame and 50mm rockwool insulation and 9mm melamine lining. On the designs they required an additional dividing wall to create a store room for additional stock we installed this and installed multiple double sockets and lighting.
That was the end of our work as the internal fit out was completed by their internal team so that it matched the design language that the created in their designs.
